Lancaster Metaphysical Chapel

The following pricing is subject to negotiation at the Chapel’s discretion. This pricing does not include ministerial fees.

Weddings

$200 for Chapel with a scheduled rehearsal [without kitchen use];

$350 for Chapel with a rehearsal and with kitchen use. A $50 refund will be made if everything is returned in a satisfactory condition.

Seminars / Workshops/ One-Time Events

$350 maximum for groups over 50 or on a negotiated percentage based on attendance.

Non-LMC Ongoing Class

Option 1: 25% of gross receipts.
Option 2: Percentage based on attendance.

12-step / Community Based Programs

Donation basis. Includes basic kitchen facility and coffee maker.

Religious Services

Sliding scale based on congregation size; maximum$100 charge per use for the sanctuary.
Kitchen use for a social hour will require an extra charge.
