| November | Saturday, 15th | Presentation by author William Stillman: his book Autism and the God Connection explores autism and a strong spiritual connection, looking beyond labels and seeing past deceiving exteriors, we may recognize that such blessings manifest in extraordinary accounts of spiritual giftedness. The presentation affirms that individuals with autism—often labeled mentally retarded—are often possessed of great spiritual brilliance and beauty. Stillman shares anecdotes from his research and tells how to enact three miracles designed to strengthen relationships with persons with autism (and ourselves) on a spiritual level. Bill will also make himself available to sign books. More information will be posted. |
