Annual Congregational Meeting
On Sunday, March 14, 2010, we will hold our annual congregational meeting after service, which will be somewhat shortened. Although anyone may attend, only dues paying members in good standing are eligible to vote. The Chapel’s annual dues are $15 for an individual and $25 for a family. In addition to the annual business reports, we will elect 3 Board of Trustee members for 3-year terms. Those positions are President, Treasurer, and Trustee. We also need to fill the Vice Presidency left vacant by the passing of David Nelson; this will be a 2-year term. Although we will take nominations at the meeting, we suggest that if you are interested in serving on the Board of Trustees, you fill out a nomination form (available at the Chapel) before the meeting and give it to a Board member. You must have been a dues paying member in good standing for a minimum of 1 year to serve on the Board of Trustees. We value your ideas and input and hope that you attend the meeting. If we have serious weather issues to contend with, the meeting will be postponed to the following Sunday, March 21.

Witching Hour

Medium Verna Lisa returns to the Chapel for a group reading at the “witching hour” on Friday, March 19th / March 20th at midnight.
Verna will lead a meditation and development circle at midnight. At 1:00 am, Verna will hold a group reading.
No admission after 11:45.
