Pricing Policy for Facilities Use
The following pricing is subject to negotiation at the Chapel’s discretion. This pricing does not include ministerial fees.
Weddings
$250 for Chapel with a scheduled rehearsal [without kitchen use];
$350 for Chapel with a rehearsal and with kitchen use. A $50 refund will be made if everything is returned in a satisfactory condition.
Seminars / Workshops/ One-Time Events
$350 maximum for groups over 50 or on a negotiated percentage based on attendance.
Non-LMC Ongoing Class
Option 1: 25% of gross receipts.
Option 2: Percentage based on attendance.
12-step / Community Based Programs
Donation basis. Includes basic kitchen facility and coffee maker.
Religious Services
Sliding scale based on congregation size; maximum $100 charge per use for the sanctuary.
Kitchen use for a social hour will require an extra charge.
Wedding Ceremonies
Lancaster Metaphysical Chapel offers a sacred space for weddings, commitment and renewal of vows ceremonies. The Chapel is a traditional church setting with beautiful large stained glass windows, wood pews, altar, and organ loft. The sanctuary’s seating capacity is 125 persons.
Lancaster Metaphysical Chapel welcomes all people of all faith traditions. Our experienced professional staff ministers will perform a traditional ceremony and are also happy to help you create a personalized ceremony reflecting the uniqueness of your relationship, personal values, spirituality, and vision. The Chapel’s goal is to help make your day a truly wonderful experience.

The Chapel’s ministerial staff is available for weddings and commitment ceremonies, baby blessings and namings, funerals, and memorial services.
We are also happy to help you create ceremonies for other important life passages.
Ministerial fees will vary depending on the type of ceremony and time required. Please note that each minister’s fees may also vary and you may negotiate with them individually.
